Good question. Why the heck is there nutrition info included for pancake mix by itself? Weird.
Some people actually eat unpopped kernels.
popped corn usually ends up with butter on it which is included in the pack. unpopped is natural.
or maybe its nutritional value does change once it is popped…….. mmmmm
