Approximately 20.7%
(23/111) * 100 = 20.720…………….%
I suspect this is a question in one of your school assignments. Math is not really my strong point, having failed algebra in my freshman year, which is the only subject I in which I got a terrible grade. I guess you could make a fraction, 23 over 111, which is approximately one fourth or 25 percent of the calories that are provided by fat. Maybe someone else can give you a more accurate and complete answer.
