Have a look at anything by Jonny Bowden as well.  He goes into lots of detail, bue explains things really well.
If you&#039;re more into the science behind nutrition, try and get hold of &quot;The great cholesterol con&quot; by Anthony Colpo, or &quot;Fats that heal, fats that kill&quot;, by Udo Erasmus.  These two can be a bit complicated in places though.
