I love to eat Kellog’s Raisin Bran, can someone tell me if it is healthy for me to eat it as a snack during the day? Or eat it for breakfast?Remember I eat it almost every single day, so I want to know if what I am putting in my mouth is good for me.
ingredients: whole wheat, raisings, wheat bran, sugar, fructose corn syrup, salt, malt flavoring.
vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, C, D, iron, copper calcium… etc. has a couple of vitamins and minerals…
also says “high in fiber”
ps: i do not drink milk with it. I hate milk.

Hummer Babe:

Raisin Bran is exceptionally healthy. It is good that you are eating it every day, even if you skip the milk. While this cereal provides many essential vitamins and minerals, make sure you are getting enough protein from other sources as well and drinking plenty of water.
When observing food labels, watch out for high sodium, high saturated fat, more than 30% of calories coming from fat, high cholesterol, and high trans fats.
Hope this helps!

bad things are Cholesterol, trans-fat, calories from fat, sodium, saturated fat, Compare the total calories to the calories from fat. If the fat calories are half of the total its way bad. Raisin Bran is pretty good for you, minus the carb content

that is actually a fairly healthy snack, better than eating candy or chocolate or something like that.
