What’s A Good Diet Or Good Nutrition When Your Starting To Work Out?

Well a good Shake is really just,
Low Fat yogurt
Your favorite furit frozen
and some low fat milk
and dont eat bread,
unless its like whole weat.
&& if you have problems with energy,
then if you put some 5 hour engery drink in it
it makes you have engery and a yummy drink
