What Single Food Has The Most Nutrition?

just wondering which one food is the best for you. i’m assuming it would be a fruit, maybe a kiwi or something? does anyone know? thanks.

hmmmm
olives have anti inflammatory properties, the good kind of fat (remember healthy olive oil), free radical fighters and anti oxidants, to remove excess salt soak in cold water for 5 minutes. good vitamans as well.
broccoli, anything that is a dark green veggie is awesome.

You have to think about the cost of the food. The best value foods for nutrition are,
Milk, Liver and Herrings.
It is often said peanuts contain the most protein but the ameno acids are not so good as animal protein. Peanuts also work out expensive for the amount of protein they contain

Mostly all the healthy foods of course,like milk,eggs,all kinds of green vegetables,carrots,peanuts unsalted of cause and all kinds of fruit.And fish definitely fish,can’t say no that one because it’s brain food.
