So if you weigh 150 pounds, you will maintain that weight by eating  150 X15=2250 calories a day, assuming you&#039;re doing a normal amount of exercise.  Your question is really difficult to answer.  It really depends on the person; male, female, age, meds, etc.  :)</description>
