I have to disagree with sug_daddy. (sorry, dude!) He’s not giving y’all enough calories a day. To MAINTAIN your weight you eat your weight X15. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you will maintain that weight by eating 150 X15=2250 calories a day, assuming you’re doing a normal amount of exercise. Your question is really difficult to answer. It really depends on the person; male, female, age, meds, etc. :)

sug_dadd:

good rule of thumb is add a zero to your weight that is how many calories you need to eat like 1450 = weight of 145 lbs

#1 Mini Thin has made a come back as Mini Lean ephedra.
Ephedra diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise. I would recommend the Mini Lean ephedra even though they have more of a selection with free shipping:

Another way of naturally raising basal metabolism without exercising is to take ephedra supplements based on the ECA Stack (ephedra, caffeine and aspirin) stacked, or together. Scientifically proven by many double blind studies to work without diet or exercise.
