Wednesday Dec 16, 2009

i’m 5’2 about a 110 pounds so obviously i’m not very big. i run at least a mile everyday but i eat a lot of fast food. i would like to have a flat stomach because i do have a little bit of a pooch along with a little love-handle action goin’ on. i don’t know how to determine calories or any of the nutrition facts. so what specific foods would be ideal to eat to reach my goal of a flat stomach? and also, what specific exercises would help?

Do alot of running to ton up your muscles, remember to flex and swing your arm as you run. This will help to ton your stomach side abs.
Do cruchers and sit ups (inclinded if possible – 45degree). Around 300 a day should be able to have some effect in weeks.
Take more vegs, fruits and drink more water. And of course cut down on your fast food intake.

Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many people would say impossible, however the only diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it was reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

You’ve got to get rid of the fat and empty carbs in your diet. Start eating lean proteins and lay off the white bread and chips. Do sit ups leg lifts and crunches to develop your ab muscles
