i dnt no where u live, bt i live in the uk, n i read in the newsapaper that the food industy is in desperate need of techniaclly trained staff, it talks about havin a degree in food science or technology, so it depends where about u look and in what sort of area, if u manage to get really high up in promotions it can be really good money, i’d say if its somethin u like n enjoy just go for it, it might not be easy, bt u’d find it rewardin, n theres so many things u can do with food and nutrition.

Nutritionist are now more popular then ever with so many ppl wanting to or having to become more health conscious. Personal Trainer/Sports trainer is also a popular venue when it comes to Nutrition.
If you are as you say quite interested than go for it. It will benefit your life style health wise too.
