What Are The Nutrition Facts Of Unflavored Ramen?

Monday Jun 15, 2009

If I were to prepare a package of ramen (100g) without adding the seasoning packet, what would the nutritional information be? I’m sure the sodium count (a whopping 2061 mg per package!!) would drop incredibly. What about the fat content, caloric content, etc?

Actually, all the fat and calories are in the noodles…NOT the seasoning packet. Ramen noodles are deep fried, then dehydrated and packaged. Look at the package and see how many fat grams are in it. That’s ALL from the noodles.

I know Ramen is quick and REALLY cheap (trust me I know, I’m a college student), but boxes of regular pasta are cheap too. Try that instead, it’s definitely less fattening.
