people say that soy protein has unhealthy amounts of estrogen in it, but they r full of it... soy is far better than whey protein b/c it has just as much protein with none of the fat. follow the instructions on the jar, and u should be good. consistency and discipline is key, and be honest w/ urself
good luck

If you dont want to be a slave of protein shakes then try to eat six small healthy meals per day instead of three , make sure you get protein in those meals such as chicken , fish , eggs , turkey , nuts , almonds and beans. Also dont forget your fruits and veggies. In order to get big and see muscle gains you have to eat more calories than what your body burns daily , and lift heavy weights with few repetitions. That will shock the muscle pretty good and you will see gains eventually. Try to hit the gym at least three days per week , each day working a different muscle group and get plenty of rest in between workout days so your muscles can rest , recover and grow , they grow while you sleep , not while you are at the gym.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at http://less-weight.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
