		<description>As long as your protein intake is adequate, these things make little difference.   IMHO, these supplement companies are trying to be greedy and take advantage of people.  I teach biochemistry and know something about these things.
It is difficult to get enough protein for serious training without supplements.  
The amino acid content of the protein supplement is the key.  Egg protein has the highest PER (protein efficiency ratio).</description>
