what is in a the smoothie and how many calories and sugars does it have? i am trying to eating healthy would this be a good choice for when i am craving something? THANKS!

It’s made of milk, fruit, and sugar. The best thing for you to do is to stay away from fast food places unless they have a weight watchers menu. And when you lose 5 lbs treat yourself to a smoothie or junk food only for the afternoon. If you eat anything fatty during the evening time, it’ll stick to you. If you do it during the day you’ll burn it off. Smoothies are only a good craving choice if you make it yourself. Get a healthy recipe off of the internet (it should contain lecithin or flax) and from there add whatever u want.
