On Protein Powder Label, It Stated, Not Approved By Fda, Does That Mean, The Nutrition Facts Are Liesssssssss?

Does this mean, this is all fake, and that is no protein in the power, i mean, if its not evaluated by the FDA, doesnt that mean, they can get away with fake labels, such as the nutrition facts, and still sell it to consumers. i am suppper curious
Health supplements don’t require FDA evaluations. That doesn’t mean that they’re lies, but it’s possible that they don’t contain exactly what the label says. The assumption would be that they DO contain it though
