Nutrition Absorption Question.?

This morning I had in a smoothie:
Spinach
Rice milk
blue-black-and strawberries
banana
Following powders:
wheat gress
spirulina
green mix
alfalfa.
20grams-whey/casein protein
Supplements:
zinc25mg
EPA/DHA1600mg
barley grass
TBS flaxseed oil
probiotics
As you can see quite a bit of stuff. How much nutrients above will go to waste? Is that even possible? How much of the above nutrients could I absorb usually?

That is one seriously healthy drink ! I don’t see any starches listed, so it should be absorbed quite well.
