		<description>Can&#039;t you just reduce the amount of cardio and replace some of it with weight training?  That does seem like a lot of calories to consume.  The good thing about weight training is that the muscle you&#039;re building/defining will burn calories for up to 72 hours after you&#039;ve worked it out, that is if you rest at least 48hrs before you work out the same muscles.
oh, are you required to do that much cardio?</description>
