Is It Okay To Drink 10 Cups Of Soda?
Posted by Zolly | Under Nutrition Wednesday Dec 30, 2009i looked up the nutrition facts, and this soda has 26g of sugar, which is about 10% DV of carbohydrate per cup.
so, is it okay if i drink 10 cups of soda in one day?
Not really, that is an awful lot of sugar to take in in one day. Drink juice, water, lemonade or ice tea instead.

No. Sugar is not the only carbohydrate your body needs. The daily value is based on your need for complex carbs, like the kind you’d get from pasta or whole wheat bread, which are your body’s primary source of energy.
And besides, there’s no way you can get carbs (even just sugar) exclusively from soda. Everything you eat has carbs in it, so drinking 10 sodas would give you all that sugar in addition to the carbs you’re already consuming.
You’re stupid.
Unless you are diabetic, no.
It will make you hyper though and if it had caffeine in it like Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew etc. it may give you a high like 3 or 4 cups of coffee.
When this stuff wears off, be near your bed as you will be very TIRED.
Um, no. You’ll rot your teeth and all that sugar could mess with your body. Plus if you did do that every day and you stopped, you’d get a killer headache and massive side affects. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Unless you want rotting teeth, bad breath, hyperactivity and a crash after that…
no
It won’t kill you. But it’s not something you should make a habit either.
No, it is not okay….too much sugar!
its not good for you… but your not going to die….try milk and water tomorrow
