i just started body building i need to no about nutrition,supplements and everything else

Go to gnc and get some ideas on certain supplements for what your personal goals are. Start eating a lot of carbs for energy for lifts, protein supplements and creatien with a daily vitamin to have more energy for your muscles to lift. and A protien supplement with amino acids if you can afford it =P and of course push yourself and good body mechanics to help not hurting yourself =D. Have fun =D

Get protein powder to make shakes with. My brother does that and he’s in great shape. Also, make sure you work out regularly. Don’t just stop and start up again.
