How Many Calories Are In Ramen Noodles Without Any Seasoning Mix Added?
Posted by Zolly | Under Nutrition Wednesday Dec 16, 2009The only “Nutrition Facts” I can find do not separate the values of the noodles and the flavor packets. Sometimes I don’t use the packets so I would like to know the values–and especially the calories–of the noodles themselves.
wow, good question.
Call the Comments/Suggestions hotline to ask the company directly.
Not sure on exact numbers, but the seasoning is likely very high in it’s Sodium content.
You really have to put on the flavoring though, it’s so good!
read the label
I’m not sure how many exactly but since theses noodles are deep fried, I would assume alot.
It shopuld say on the bag.
I want to say none, and that sounds bland and tasteless.
no clue but i would guess less, and it doesent really matter if you just eat smaller portions more times a day and exsercise then you will be doing better(if it is a wight thing) lol sorrry i really have no idea
I’m not sure how many but most of the calories(190 per serving and there are 2 servings per bag) come from the noodles. The seasoning pack is mostly salt which has no calories.
FATTENING I RECKON SO
The calorie/value count might not include the seasoning packet because spices are negligent in calories You gotta watch your sodium on that level.
