How Many Calories Are In A Plate Of Fajitas At A Mexican Restaurant?

Saturday Nov 28, 2009

It has chicken, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. This is minus the tortillas or anything else. Just the plate of fajitas. What do you think the typical amount of calories would be. I don’t know of any big chain Mexican restaurants where I can just look at the nutrition facts.

Depends what restaurant, oil, and how much oil, and the region of mexico where the food originated. This all changes the “healthiness” of the food. But I am sure that it would be around 400-500 calories.

It also depends on how much food is on the plate. If the portions are big, eat only half, and take the other half home.
