anyways. the nutrition info given on the label is referring to one serving size. usually, they tell what a serving size is. example is 8 fl oz for milk. in 8 fl oz of milk, it&#039;ll contain however much fat/carbs/protein is written on the label. next is servings per container. say you buy a gallon of milk. the label will tell you that there are 8 servings of (8fl oz) milk in it. 
one gallon = 64 fl oz
8 fl oz x 8 servings = 64 fl oz total in the container
so if you drink any more than 8 fl oz, you&#039;ll have to multiply the nutrition info appropriately for how many servings you drank. this is what usually gets people into trouble. they think they&#039;re only consuming a low amount of calories by eating the whole package, but in actuality, there&#039;s like 2-3 servings per package, so you end up consuming 2-3 times as many calories as you thought you did. hope that helps.</description>
