but since you&#039;re eating often..
try to even out your portions.
eat small things.
and if you have an option of
foods.. try to lean towards
mostly the better-for-you
foods. but do not torture
yourself by avoiding everything
you love especially. because 
it will make you not want to do 
your &quot;diet&quot; or whatever.
indulge maybe once a day
so that you feel like you had a good
day watching what you ate but got
to splurge just a bit.</description>

		<description>Get out of the house...Go to the park, run around the neighborhood, do some kind of physical activity...If you can&#039;t go outside then do the exercises inside either before you go to bed or once you wake up...You have time or you can definitely make time to exercise...Eat smaller portions of food 5-6 time throughout the day...Drink PLENTY of water...Get a good book that will keep your attention that way you aren&#039;t always focused on food!</description>
