		<description>If you don&#039;t mind what kind of life threatening illness was it? Did your doctor say you could exercise? Well, what I do so I will keep exercising is look at myself in the mirror nude if it makes me sick then it motivates me to exercise because I want to try and always look good. Now the eating part is hard for me to so I can&#039;t be much help on that I eat right most of the time which has worked for me but I also don&#039;t eat a lot and always stop when I  get full. I hope this helps a little but maybe someone else can tell you something that will help you more. Good luck!</description>

		<description>dont go shopping hungry, buy only healthy foods, plenty of fruit and veggies - the less temptation at home in a short reach the better.
actually all it takes is 3 days to get rid of cravings e.g. chocolate, junk food, candie, cakes. you just have to get over those 3 days.
drink lots of water - sometimes dehydration can feel like hunger.
take long walks if you can.
if you can work out - the hardest part is to get started, once you start you will want to make the best out of it. and remember how good it feels once you are done.</description>
