Hey, I Weigh 152 Pounds And Am 5” 8’ Tall. How Do I Gain Weight?

Now that I have a well toned physique. I would like put on some mass. I have tried protein supplement (British Nutrition Whey) from the past three months and have managed to put on only 2.5 pounds. I know that I need to increase my carbohydrates intake. What diet do I have to follow, which would help me to add another 10 pounds at least in two months?
You are mid-range for a health weight. I’d ask your doctor to referr you to a dietition. They ain’t there just to help peoplr lose weight.
From your question it appears that you are worrying and very sensitive in nature.
Take lot of cheese, meat, fish and eggs.
Take Baby Ceralic food in between your meal.

. Take less liquid like juice and soup or milk.
Peanuts , cashew , grapes, Ice cream, pronthas and rest or sleep immediate after taking meal.
Be a slow walker, slow eater and slow worker. Don’t do anything hurriedly.
