Grapes Nutritious Facts?

How much is one serving of green seedless grapes and how many calories does it have? The ones I buy don’t come with nutrition facts.

I don’t know much about their exact nutrition but I DO know they prevent cancer. :)

This may be totally worthless to you because I don’t know exactly what you are asking, but grapes have major healing properties. They are believed to have the ability to flush out the arterial walls of the body. They are cleansing and are used to rejevenate the body. They contain a specific acid that has been shown to prevent the mutaton of cancer cells. They are also good for treating arthritis and rheumatism because they contain antioxidant flavonoids. One cup of grape juice contains 28 milligrams of calcium, 30 milligrams of phosphorus, 0.8 milligrams of iron, 5 milligrams of sodium, 293 milligrams of potassium, and small amounts of vitamins A, B-complex,, and C.
