Does Anyone Know The Nutrition Facts Of Just The Seasoning Packets That Come With Ramen Noodles?

Saturday Jul 4, 2009

I can’t find any nutrition values on the noodles and the package separately. I’m most of the carbs/calories come from the noodles, but I’m not sure how much.
THanks :)

CLICKHER:

If it contains monosodium glutamate [MSG, or 621] throw it away, and use low salt soy sauce. If it says the noodles contain vegetable oil, it is probably cheap palm oil, which is a saturated fat, and therefore unhealthy, so I would then look for an alternative.

I’m pretty sure there is almost no nutrition in these packets. They are mostly salt and spices.
