Calcium - for bones
Iron - for blood
Folate - to protect against birth defects.  They have recently upped the recommended dose for women who might become pregnant.  However, there might also be cancer risks associated with excessive consumption.
In general, and with the exceptions of the three things I mention above in women, a well balanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegitables will cover your nutritional needs.  If you really think your diet doesn&#039;t cover your needs, perhaps you could visit a nutritionist or ask your OB-GYN for further advice.</description>
