BlueVale:

Stoner is right. B12 is water soluble and will pass through your urine. The caffeine is much more likely to cause you serious issues.

P M:

Two servings have 1500mcg of B12. Supplement pills usually have 1000mcg–some have as much as 5000mcg. 1500mcg is not an especially large amount, and even if it were, you would just pee it out.
I’d worry more about the artificial colors, the artificial sweetener, and the caffeine than the B12.

No you can’t. Your body will just flush it out in your urine if too much is taken. You should be more worried about the caffeine, as 175mg is quite alot.

After I had my kids, I breast fed them and asked the doctor about taking B12 and he said no, and that it could hurt the baby if there was too much in the breast milk .
