Do Calcium vitamins, drink lot of milk, eat yogurt. Any dairy products definitely help you w/ your nail strengthening. I have them very hard b/c I love milk and I take Calcium only vitamins.

I had the same problem. I tried some nail strengthening nail polish (It was like $2 at wallgreens or something) but it actually didn’t work. I guess it makes sense, it was only $2 or something. But, it’s good you’re taking calcium! Try vitamin E. If you puncture the little capsules and apply the liquidy stuff directly onto your cuticles, it actually does work as well. I’ve tried a lot of things…and that’s worked the best for me!
