I’m taking a daily vitamin supplement I found at Whole Foods called 365 (store brand) Adult Multi for men. I’m looking for the advice of a doctor or someone with considerable knowledge of diet, nutrition, and health. I want to know if it is safe, and how effective it is. I got a little concerned when I noticed that my urine is neon yellow when I take it. Thanks!
