I need to go on a diet, not to lose weight, but to get over a lot of health symptoms I’ve been having. I went to the doctor to be tested for food allergies, and although nothing came back positive, I don’t tolerate milk or wheat very well. Also, I’ve had a candida infection which makes me think I might have candida albicans overgrowth. After searching for the right type of diet on the web, I’m more confused than ever and have no idea what foods will give me the best health without leaving me starving. I’m in Europe and it’s hard finding a good natural health practitioner. Does anyone have any other ideas?
I have all these different recipes in my cook book that my mother gave me of her homemade dishes but i don’t have the serving sizes how many calories and all the other nutrition facts and it won’t let me add them online without that info. any suggestions?
My idea is to start it as a small at home cooking class. I would like to teach organic cooking classes. Invite people into my home, teach them what to buy, how to prepare and cook together. As the idea improved I would like to either take it into others homes or branch it into larger groups of cooking. I would charge a fee and have the recipes and nutrition facts.
I need to take an online science course like Nutrition, biology, astronomy etc. I need it to be done before the end of the Fall semester so I can apply to graduate in time. I live in Texas and am attending UT. Thanks
what’s the healthiest main course i can order from TGI Fridays? I couldn’t find the nutrition facts online. i don’t want a salad but other ideas?
I find this in the nutrition facts on “sugar free” gum. Does it have anything to do with artificial sweeteners?
ever since i’ve been in college i’ve had strange symptoms and i think it might be related to nutriton. i’ve been very dizzy when i get up from laying down/standing. i’ve also had water retention as the day goes, but in the morning i’m fine. i feel more tired than usual too.
I have been eating one in breakfast daily but i am worried if they are too fattening. Here are the nutrition facts(chocolate chunk-1 bar)-Calories: 140(from fat 30), total fat 3g(but no saturated or trans fat)cholesterol 0mg, sodium 135mg, total carbohydrate 26g, dietary fiber 2g, sugars 13g(this is what concerns me) and protein 2g. If it is not healthy, can u suggest a healthy and tasty alternative? thanks
For example, I like the website calorieking.com, but it doesn’t tell you which vitamins are the food.
