When i go to grocery store, I see two oils from same company: canola oil and vegetable oil. I’m always using canola oil for baking, and frying while using extra virgin olive oil for all the other cooking… what is the difference between vegetable oil and canola oil? from nutrition fact, they seem to be very similar…

None. There is some negligible difference between American-style grapes and European-style grapes (as in, the types of grapes popular in America versus the types of grapes popular in Europe) but there is no difference between seeded or not seeded grapes, since you’re not supposed to eat the seeds, regardless.

Is there a website where I can look up calories for things like fast food, or food that I have in my house that is individual and doesn’t have nutrition facts? I am wanting to look up things that I can’t find and need a website or something to look at. thanks!

if a product bears Nutrition Facts Panel according to the FDA regulartory, it can not compile the EU food regulatory since both have different Nutritional Information Style. My question is, how can a product with same NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PANEL, compiles both EU-US food labeling law.

what grade level are you teaching?
This is a chapter that I just read for my class. It has an extensive lesson plan on teaching nutrition for elem. and middle school age students. You could use it as a guide…
good luck…
