I Get Warm / Sweaty After Taking Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey Protein. Why?

I have been taking Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey Protein (found here: http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/100-whey-gold-standard-p-201.html)
Mine actually comes in a 1lb bag and says Instanized on it, but that might be older marketing packaging.
Anyways, I have been taking about 3 servings a day for the last couple of days and have found about 30 minutes after taking 1 serving, I start to feel warm and a little sweaty. This has consistently happened the last 3 times I have taken it.
I would imagine its not protein doing it, but maybe the various amino acids like Glutamine or Arginine?
Or, is it just my body trying to adapt to taking a supplement such as this.
Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

When’s The Best Time To Add Copepods?

I just got a scooter blenny the other day and he’s eating prepared foods (thanks to the lfs for training him!) but I’d like to supplement his diet a little and I heard pods were great for providing good nutrition. I also have an ocellaris clownfish and blue damsel, so I’d like to add them at a time when they won’t eat them. Should I add them at night, or when would be the best time to add the pods without my other fish gobbling them down?

Why Would The Vet Prescribe Something That Would Hurt My Dog?

Hills I/d dog food. Everytime we are in they try to push that dog food. They know he can’t tolerate corn and is allergic so why to the push a cornbased food.
We feed California Naturals Low Fat Chicken and Rice (The vet had not heard of it but I think they get kickbacks from hills. I’ll be honest I’m pretty sure my vets office is more about the money then anything and to be honest most of their clients are well off….except us which is why we are searching for the right vet)
I know vets typically know nothing about nutrition but you think they would know enough not to push a food that could potentially Kill my dog.
Here are the ingredients to Hills I/D
Ingredients
Water, Egg Product, Turkey, Rice, GROUND WHOLE GRAIN CORN, Pork Liver, Soy Fiber, Dicalcium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Iodized Salt, Calcium Carbonate, Choline Chloride, Vitamin E Supplement, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Taurine, Thiamine Mononitrate, Copper Sulfate, Manganous Oxide, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Biotin, Riboflavin, Calcium Iodate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Sodium Selenite, Folic Acid.
Why would a vet be so reckless?
I mean I don’t feel like I can trust them.
We got the food the first time he had a flair up and he had trouble eating it and I double checked the ingredients and sure enough it has corn. We’ve refused it ever since.
I mean they are a doctor I know they are vets arent they supposed to do whats best for the dog in treatment?
(my dog has chronic pancreatitis)
