What is the difference between chicken breast “broilers or fryers” and “tenders”? i dont get it.
I’m using the USDA program for calorie counting but i see a huge difference in Carbs between chicken breast “broilers or fryers” and “tenders”?. All i want to know is the nutrition facts of skinless grilled (gorge forman) chicken breast
I always see it in the Nutrition Facts on things like cereal boxes and its grouped with the vitamins, but it doesn’t sound healthy. What is it?
Because I drink a Energy Shot called “Spike” daily, and it had 25,000% of your daily value of “Vitamin B12″. Also I am 13 if that helps. Also the energy shot is two servings and I drink them both.

My girlfriend said she doesn’t give her son this because it is unhealthy. I am just wondering if this is true or not. It has all the nutrition facts on the label and they all seem just fine but she swears it is not good for babies.Anyone agree with her or think she is wrong?Thank you for the help!
I am going back to work in two months and I am looking for pumping advice. My daughter will be 9 months at that time and I desperately want to continuing to breastfeed.
I have two older children that I breastfed, too. I went back to work only part-time with them so breastfeeding was not an issue. With this economy, I am going to have to work full-time.
My daughter gets some solids now and a cup every so often (really just for practice) Breastmilk is her primary nutrition.
I need to know what pumps are good and also if there are any that fit onto infant sippie cups. At 9 months, I should give her milk in a cup, right?
The baby would stay with dad during the day and I plan on meeting them at lunch so I could breastfeed so she would maybe need two servings of milk through the day.
Any advice or tips would be helpful. Please only pro-breastfeeding mamas. I DO NOT intend to supplement with formula. Thanks for understanding.
David Sunflower Seeds show how much poly and monounsaturated fats, vitamin E, folic acid, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc they have in their seeds. Why doesn’t Frito Lay? I’m sure their seeds don’t lack any of these things and aren’t they supposed to show everything that’s in them?
I just got a scooter blenny the other day and he’s eating prepared foods (thanks to the lfs for training him!) but I’d like to supplement his diet a little and I heard pods were great for providing good nutrition. I also have an ocellaris clownfish and blue damsel, so I’d like to add them at a time when they won’t eat them. Should I add them at night, or when would be the best time to add the pods without my other fish gobbling them down?
Anyone know the link to Applebees nutrition facts must not be good because I can’t find it on their website?
