i looked up the nutrition facts, and this soda has 26g of sugar, which is about 10% DV of carbohydrate per cup.
so, is it okay if i drink 10 cups of soda in one day?

The BSN products I am interested in are Atro Phex, NO Explode, Cellmass, Syntha-6 and Nitrix
The Labrada products I want are the meal replacements.
The same products are available here in Mumbai, India at Neulife Stores and cost double the actual amount.
Let it be given that I understand the concepts of caloric intake, nutrition, and exercise techniques when talking about gaining muscle. I have a weight lifting machine and a few free weights. I bought some whey protein powder as well.
On a daily and weekly basis, when should I eat meals, take the protein (or even any other supplement products), lift weights and do cardio? Information such as order, frequency, intensity, etc. would be ideal. Assume that I am not planning on entering any body building competitions, but superhuman strength and huge muscles wouldn’t be bad
Our pets have pelleted foods that claim to provide just about every nutrient they need to be healthy. I am wondering if there such a convenience especially formulated for human beings. That would be awfully convenient
Taking B complex, Amino Acids, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid for joints. And C-0-Q-10 for heart.
Is this complete , or is there an area of supplements that is being left out? Any suggestions for supplements to make it more complete, or well rounded health wise?
What are the nutrition facts of pineapple juice and malibu rum as a mixed drink? Most important is sugar and calories.
So I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes at 29 weeks, I’m thinking my blood glucose levels at the time weren’t all that bad since they haven’t been outrageous until recently.
I saw a dietician and she gave me a nutrition guide, and suggested blood sugar levels for fasting BG aswell as pre and post meal levels, and I test all the time (not sure how often I’m supposed to be testing? I probably go through 100 strips in about 2/3 weeks. I have no experience with this, and the doctor/dietician doesn’t seem to be of any help..) Also, when I eat the suggested foods I was given, it often spikes my blood sugar, but when I eat what I want, it doesn’t seem to have such a huge effect. Milk for instance, spikes my blood sugar very high, and she suggested I drink 1/2 cup with all three of my meals in a day, which i don’t do. I’ve been taking a calcium supplement to make up for my lake of milk consumption. Anyway, at this point I’m sick and tired of being confused about what I can and can’t eat, and I’m terrified of harming the baby with consistantly high blood sugar levels, I had an ultrasound at the beginning of this week, and the baby measured perfectly at 30 weeks and I was 30 weeks and 2 days so I don’t know if I should be freaking out (which I am) or not being so concerned seeing as how it isn’t causing any problems. Does anyone have any advice? I can’t get ahold of my doctor or my gynecologist until tuesday, and I’m afraid to eat anything, which I know can also harm the baby and I’m having a freaking nervous breakdown about this whole situation. Not sure what kind of help I’m asking for, but anything would be appreciated…
On the jugs nutrition facts it does not list caffeine in the tea product. I stopped drinking sodas due to caffeine. I enjoy walmarts sugar free tea that is already prepared it is the fridge section next to the milk. Does this caffeine?
My baby is 11 weeks old and i have been told by my hv that she is putting on too much weight, she was born weighing 6lb 8oz and is now 14lb 10oz! She is very long for her age, she is now 63cm long, the ave baby at her age should be 59cm. She is a very hungry baby, I have tried her on hungry baby milk (my hv advised it) but it didn’t make any difference so she is back to her normal milk. I went to my hv last week and she told me to give her a maximum of 30oz of milk a day and supplement with cooled, boiled water. This seems to be working well but my hv told me that she should have about 1oz of water between feeds but she is having between 2-3oz of water between feeds. She still takes all her milk as well so she is getting all the nutrition she needs. My question is, is it ok for her to be drinking so much water?
