I work out for an hour at least 3 times per week and sometimes as much as 90 minutes 4-5 days per week. I skip big portions and can write the book on nutrition. I run between 1 and 3 miles a few times per week and when I do, that is my workout. I don’t eat unreasonably and fruits, veggies and fish are my favorites. I am just someone who keeps on weight. As I get older, it just won’t budge.
I used to use supplements about 4 years ago and they helped me reach my goal. They don’t really sell the ones that worked anymore. I’ve been to the doc and everything is “healthy.”
What do you suggest?

According to my neighbor who is a nurse, I may have Gerd. This basically means I shouldn’t eat acidic foods. Other than berries, cheeses, tomato, breads, and potatoes, what foods are acidic and I should avoid?
Thanks

I think that’s what it is… ? On the nutrition facts it’ll say calories and calories of fat or something like that. What’s the difference?

After all, aside from the occasional moron who says he pollutes deliberately just to p**s off environmentlists, pretty much everyone claims to be environmentally considerate whether he or she believes in GW/AGW or not.
So why not develop a labeling system for consumer products that will allow us to compare the environmental ‘footprint’ (not just carbon footprint) of manufacturers of various products and choose the best one for our environmental sensibilities-or perhaps even decide we don’t really need that product at all.

ok so i’m 20,kind of healthy(diet wise) or trying to (my major is nutrition and i know my diet is not the healthiest :p)
had vit D deficiency since 2005,taking supplements
3 years ago i got obsessed that i might have breast cancer, because i have lumpy breast (but it does not run in my family)
i went to my ob,she did a physical exam, said it was nothing, normal structure, ordered blood test, said milk hormone is a little bit high
forgot about all this
last year i found a hard small lump,3 inches above my nipple
so small and hard
i freaked out, i went to an OB,she said it was nothing, but to give me an ease of mind she ordered an ultrasound, the report said normal axillary node or something like that
forgot about it
for months now(since summer)i have sudden cramps, both of my breasts
gets worse by my position(when i have this pain i change my sitting poistion) i suffer from this almost daily
i’m not obese,i’m not pregnant(virgin)
what could it be?the pain gets better with warm water
