Looking To Find A Healthy Roast Beef Meal For My Boyfriend?

Okay, so my boyfriend sees a trainer and he has him on a bulking diet to gain muscle mass and he needs to change up his diet a bit. Has anyone ever seen in the grocery store prepackaged roast beef (like the chunky/chopped up kind… used for i.e. roast beef & gravy) that comes with nutrition facts on the packaging? He can’t buy anything without knowing the nutrition facts. We live in south jersey, there are a lot of shop rites, acmes, and superfreshes in our area if this helps. Thanks!

I’m Almost 14. How Can I Become Ripped Within Two Months?

I am a boy and naturally have a slight six pack of abs. How can I get a rock hard eight pack of abs (It is possible at my age. A 13-year-old in my class has a rock hard eight pack of abs)? Also, how can I get muscular legs, extremely buff arms (over 14″) and a muscular chest?
I only have access to weights one day a week (only during school time or summer vacation, for about an hour or less when I do have access to them, and they are 15 pounds) and I don’t want to go on any supplements or anything else. I also want to exercise secretly (I don’t want anybody I know, incluing my parents to find out; it will embarrass me and they’ll make fun of me). Finally, what are the proper exercises and what is the proper nutrition?
Also: Don’t say that you are born wth a certain amount of abs, that’s a myth. Weight training stunting growth at an early age is also a myth, there have been no studies to prove it.

What Is The Answer To These Nutrition Questions?

The Gastrointestinal symptoms of anorexia are caused by severe malnutrition that causes viral infiltration of the GI tract.
The decrease in percent body fat associated with many eating disorders is part of the cause of amenorrhea and bone loss in women.
Are these true or false?
Thanks!

How Would You Calculate Cooking Food With Other Food?

This might seem weird, but how would you calculate nutrition facts for your meal thats cooked with other food? For example, you go out to dinner and order grilled chicken. When they’re cooking your food, they are also cooking beef or cooked beef before they started yours. Wouldn’t you get the juices from the pre-cooked food mixed in with yours, causing you to pick up not only the chicken’s nutrition facts, but also the beef’s? Would the grams of fat be higher? How does this work? Any ideas? Thanks!!

Mma Weight Loss Question!?

Hey everyone!
I’m switching from playing college football, I was a defensive end, to doing mma fighting. I wresled in hs and have a tae kwon do black belt and a brown belt in judo and would love to learn mui tai, kempo and more wrestling skills, but i weight way too much for the sport and I CAN’T SEEM TO LOOSE A POUND! so…
I wanted to get some smart opinions on what my nutritional intake should be while I’m on a fairly intense workout regimen that I’m currently doing. So my over all goal of my diet/work out is to loose excess fat, while increasing muscle (at least maintaining I would like to keep what I’ve worked damn hard to make).
ME:
Height – 6’3″
Weight – 285 (I was a defensive linemen, think Julius Peppers not pudgy fat kid)
BMI – 35.6 (BMI is bull **** but thought I’d put it in)
Workout:
Mon – Wed – Fri
-Rowing machine, bike and elliptical trainer (I do 5 mins of each for 30 min rotating)
-Shoulder, Back and Leg weight training
-20 mins in the sauna (feels great and supposed to help loose water weight)
Tue – Thur – Sat
-Sprints (4-200 yards 4 100 yards and 4 50 yards)
-Chest, Triceps, Biceps and ab weight training
-20 mins on the heavy bag and jump rope
-10 mins in sauna
Sun – OFF!
Right now I’m taking tons of supplements. One 60 gram of protein shake a day, one sustained release protein shake before bed, 2 30 gram of protein bars a day, nano vapor, cell tech, intravol, L-Glutatmine tabs, hydroxycut hardcore (got it free, not sold on it) and a amino 3000mg pill. Thinking of doing a beginner cutting stack, but doubt I will.
My goal weight would be around 235-240 by October, maybe September.
So let me know the last piece, the nutrition. Total daily calorie fat protein and carb intake! Right now I’m in the 260-290 range for protein. Thanks!!

Is There A Mathematcal Way To Convert Fat To Calories?

I’m going on a diet, & to closely monitor my calorie intake, I’m reading the nutrition facts pannel of everything I eat. Problem is, in Poland (I’m on vacation), they don’t have a very descriptive nutrition pannel. It shows how much sugar & fat there is in the food, but not how much calories. I’m good at math & if I can somehow convert fat to calories I can lose alot of weight. Help?

My Own Weight Loss Diet, Not The Best In The World, But Should Do The Trick For Me, What Do You Th?

Okay so I was thinking
In the morning when I wake up do half hour on the cross-trainer as it is the only piece of fitness equipment I like and would do first thing in the morning as I don’t usually have time the rest of the day, please dont suggest weights etc. as I just don’t want to do all that.
For breakfast I would have a bowl of cheerio’s and a tall glass of orange juice which is about 270 calories.
A pack of Walkers baked crisps in the day like in college which is 99 calories and pretty healthy ish lmao.
A weight watchers meal for dinner as I think they taste lush and they are healthy and they average 300 calories, well the ones I like to eat do anyway and I was also guna have a Muller rice as they are lush and pretty low in fat and high protein and that’s about 220 calories.
And I know your not suppose to eat in the evening but tough its better than feeling horrible and craving food which will prob lead me to eating my fridge, I was thinking 2 crumpets with tiny amount of light butter and a bit of jam which is about 160 calories and low.
Also in the morning I take cod liver oil and multi-vitamin supplements just to boost up and stuff.
So on average im on about 1100-1200 calories according on how many cups of tea I have with skimmed milk and sweeteners as I loveee tea and a few glasses of pepsi max as its low with like 2 calories a glass and nice.
Right now this is not the worlds best diet packed with every fruit and veg in the world but I think it would suit me, it has a fair amount of protein in it, pretty low in fat and im on a decent amount of calories and doing my half hour of exercise in the morning and my main goal is to lose weight!
Weirdly enough I know a lot about nutrition and dieting ect but I think you should also think about what makes you feel good and happy and not feeling like your actually on a depressing diet.
Right so I am an 18 year old 5 foot 2 female and at this moment in time im 9stone 6, I use to be 8 stone and healthy but things happened I felt crappy I ate I shot up a stone and a half meaning all my clothes don’t fit and my confidence has shot right out the window, now I want to get down to my 8stone size again as I know that’s when im happiest and confident even though the size I am now is fine and normal I still feel better as my old one and want it back!
Now basically Im thinking when I lose all my weight I stick to what I said up there in my diet but then add the stupid amounts of fruit and veg to maintain my weight and stay healthy as that’s practically what I did before on a normal day to day basis and I wasn’t even on a diet I just was normal :D
Now there we go what do you think?
Thanks x

Grade 12 Biology- Position Paper?

Hey, we have to write a position paper on energy bars and talk about whether we “would recommend the use of any of these energy supplements to a Canadian athlete as part of their preparation for the Nordic cross-country 20 km ski event at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
We need to relate it to the Kreb’s Cycle (Citric Acid Cycle), Glycolysis, and the electron transport chain.
**we have examples of three different sport bars and were given the nutrition information and ingredients for each
any ideas?
thanks =D
