What Is The Nutrition Facts For An Egg White ?

In an egg, the white is basically all protein and the yolk is basically all fat (there may be trace amounts of each in the other, and a tiny bit of carbs is also in there somewhere). A large egg white contains about 6.5 grams of protein, or about 26 calories (6.5 gm X 4 calories/gram of protein). You can check other sizes of eggs here:http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calorie…

What’s The Difference Between Vitamins D1, D2, D3 Etc. ?

I’m studying which supplements would be best for me, but I have a case where I get no info about which D is included and a case where only one of those is.
Can a body change one vitamin D to any other or can it function on it’s best with just one of them?
Or am I to get those other Ds by dietary intake/sunlight exposure (I’m not keen on exposing myself to sunlight intentionaly, though, but I might consider it if I coudln’t balance my nutrition any other way, of course.) in case I don’t find favorable supplements?
Thank you.

Can Humans Live Off Fruits Alone?

They’re so good!
Seriously though, from this website:http://www.healthalternatives2000.com/fr…
it seems, aside from vitamins D and K, there aren’t any vitamins or nutrients that you can’t get from eating fruits. Supplementing a fruit diet with meats and carbohydrates, and maybe some daily multivitamins, nuts, could it be done? My point is… I don’t really like vegetables (!).
Any ideas?
