I am from the United States and (surprise!) our national organization has not been so helpful. No info on their site that I could find!
He was 8lbs 8oz at birth, was nursing constantly and went down to 7lbs 7oz. So I began supplementing where I would nurse and then bottle feed him formula right after. He drinks between 2 to 4oz at a time…usually 4. He is 3 weeks old now and has been supplementing from 2 weeks old. The pediatrician said if he is eating every 3-4 hrs and getting that much formula then he is not getting nutrition from me….just the formula.

i want to play varsity basketball but my coach says i am too skinny and i need to get bigger (gain weight). and i told my mom that i want to start taking protein shakes, creatine etc. my mom says that protein shakes and other supplements have side effects. i have asked many nutrition stores and there are to side effects.
so my question is, how can i gain wieght? i am trying to gain AT LEAST 20 pounds in 4 months.

Hey, I weigh 152 pounds and am 5” 8’ tall. I have been exercising for the past 6 months – 5 days a week, 2hrs a day. Now that I have a well toned physique. I would like put on some mass. I have tried protein supplement (British Nutrition Whey) from the past three months and have managed to put on only 2.5 pounds. I know that I need to increase my carbohydrates intake. What diet do I have to follow, which would help me to add another 10 pounds at least in two months?
