I’ve had very little experience with proper amounts of vitamins, and with eating healthy in general. I currently take Centrum multivitamins with these nutritional facts:http://www.amazon.com/Centrum-Advanced-M…
and I would also like to replace my currently unhealthy breakfasts with this:http://www.slim-fast.com/products/produc…
and a daily snack after school with this (which means I would go through about a box of six every week):http://www.slim-fast.com/products/produc…
Is this healthy? Is there a such thing as getting too much of any of the vitamins in these items? Is there anything essential to my health that I will be missing?
I know that was a lot to ask in one question, but feel free to answer partially. Even that much would help.

I’m taking a health course and I’m a little confused. I have a question that I have to answer that says, “What nutrient content or health claims were made by the sample product?”. The sample product is just a Nutrition Facts column for Macaroni and Cheese. My question is, what on the Nutrition Facts are nutrient content or health claims?

I workout fairly often and have a pretty muscular body (well at least I think so). I use Optimum Nutrition Whey + Casein Protein. I have been looking at the animal pak and the animal m-stak. Have any of you used these products and what do you think of them?

I am about to start a strength training regimen, I currently take Taekwondo which is 90% Endurance training. I am vary slim and wanted to put on some extra muscle. I have a cross bow strength machine and am about to start working out on it daily.
Anyway, my main question is that I haven’t never really got into body building and wanted to know what supplements I need to take. I heard whey protein and creative, is that true? I hope to see results in a month or two. I want some good supplements but I don’t want to have to put out A LOT of money for them, I see most the things on GNC sells for between 40 to 80 a bottle!
Thanks!

I’m mainly looking for the calories and fat for a basic pink vodka sauce. I’ve searched many recipes but all the information I can find includes the rest of the pasta dish, but I need the information for JUST the sauce.
Thanks!
