thx for helppp guysss additional question how would you know if the girl you just met likes you?
I’m an average guy, I lift weights and exercise and I’m not a diabetic. However, I do try to eat right. When I go to get something to eat and look at the nutrition facts on the back of the label, what is an acceptable amount of sugar for a snack or a meal? How much would it take to be considered unhealthy?
hello
i am new on yahoo answers

I’m using P90X to get back into shape for football season and I didn’t feel like using the nutrition plan. I’m not a fat eater or eat big portions in all my meals. I try to eat 4 small meals a day with a lot of vegetables, fruits, and drink a lot of water and milk.
For example, a slice of cheese at my house has 110 calories, but 25% of your daily value of saturated fat. Should I jst worry about the calorie count, or is all nutrition facts something to watch out for? Thanks
made with 90% lean ground beef (organic) and each piece was about 3/4 of an inch thick…if you can find calories from fat and carbs and other nutrition facts that would also be helpful. Thanks a lot!

I would like to eat scrambled ostrich eggs but would like to know what health impact it might have on me.
When I read food labels of canned vegetables most of them say there is no fiber in the vegetable, but everyone says they do. I also read the nutrition facts on recipes and even if the vegetables are fresh they do not contain fiber. What gives?
